To perform preventive cleaning duties while maintaining a high-level of cleanliness and upkeep in guest rooms and throughout the hotel.

Removal of all bedding (including mattress pads, pillows and bed skirts), bath terry, shower curtain/liner and replenished with new clean items.
• Rotation of mattress, remove box spring and vacuum underneath and around bed frame.
• Detail cleaning of wood furnishings. Edge vacuum around entire room.
• Detail cleaning of bathroom floor, grout and shower.
• Remove all hangers, clean and replace.
• Move/pull out all furniture, without assistance, and clean under, in and behind.
• Check for any maintenance issues and report to Engineering team.
• Shampoo carpet in guest rooms.
• Clean vents, wipe down walls, doors and frames.
• Replace all paper collateral.
• Clean/wipe down all pictures and mirrors.
• Ensure CARE Cart is stocked and well maintained.
• Ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed.
• Full cleaning of windows.
• High and low dusting.
• Resetting of furniture.

• Must be able to stand and walk for an entire shift, up to 8 hours daily.
• Lift, push, pull objects up to 75 lbs frequently and without assistance.
• Requires frequent bending, squatting, reaching overhead for an entire shift, up to 8 hours daily.
• Must be able to use of cleaning chemicals, vacuums, carpet shampooer, grout tools and two-way radio.
• Must be flexible for schedule to include weekends and some holidays.
• Able to maintain 4-Diamond Standards.
