Position Summary |
Assist head coach with highly competitive, Division I Swimming & Diving Program in the
SEC; assist with administration as it relates to recruiting, budgets, traveling, public relations, fund-raising camps and clinics; organizing and conducting practices and competitions, administering and promoting all phases of the Swimming & Diving Program. |
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies |
- Evaluate and compare athletic talent for potential growth and development of student-athletes.
- Successful recruiting experience.
- Comprehend and adhere to NCAA, SEC, and institutional policies and procedures in the sport of Men's Swimming & Diving.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals, customers, and the general public.
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only a limited standardization exists.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

- Assist in organizing and conducting practices and meets.
