*Analyzes and oversees leased network service inquires and provider contractual inquiries. Reports trends to Supervisor with process improvement plan.
*Serves as liaison between GEHA SOLUTIONS Inc. clients, Connection Dental Network, channel partners and network leased partners.
*Monitors and advises Supervisor of the status of leased network provider contractual performance.
*Responsible for managing and overseeing leased network contracts.
*Coordinates monthly client meetings and reports.

Job Description
- Manages service inquiry process for GEHA SOLUTIONS Inc customer base. Analyzes and investigates service inquiries and makes determination of best course to arrive at an on-time resolution. Works with internal and external networks/clients to resolve according to contractual requirements. Reports discrepancies, non-compliance and/or negative trends to Supervisor.
- Monitors and tracks project open items, inquiries/findings, or remediation lists to ensure timely completion of project.
- Prepares, analyzes, evaluates, documents and reports on contracts and projects within their preview.
- Conducts research, analysis, and reports results back to Supervisor.
- Maintains more complex project plan/timeline to ensure contracts, relationships, deliverables, and timelines are met.
- Administers a process to organize, share and maintain all required materials and documents to support the project.
- Organizes and coordinates internal and external team members through the scheduling of on on-site visits, meetings, and tours.
- Prepares power point presentations, documentation, meeting minutes and other documents as needed.
- Works closely with Supervisor to establish and maintain a strong client centric relationship. Responsible for ongoing account management from implementation of client through life of business relationship. Coordinates and leads monthly/quarterly meetings with clients.
- Develops, coordinates, prepares, and delivers monthly customer reporting as contractually required. Analyzes reporting outcomes to ensure GEHA SOLUTIONS Inc. meets all service level agreements required by contract terms and state law requirements. Work with GEHA SOLUTIONS Inc. Data Analysts and Supervisor to create, modify and ensure accuracy of all client/network reporting.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with clients and network lease partners. Supports Business Development, National Accounts and National Operations in driving continuous growth of existing accounts.
- Maintains all customer account details, contractual and compliance requirements in Salesforce.
- Works with GEHA SOLUTIONS Inc. Accounts, Operations and Business Development, as necessary, to meet contractual obligations, implement new compliance requirements, maintain current business, and implement new business.
- Requires travel to existing and potential clients.
Requirements
- Requires two years (60 hours) of college in Business, Marketing or Communications.
- Additional years of qualifying work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Requires 3-5 years of clerical or administrative experience in a healthcare, insurance, client relations, or customer service setting.
- Requires critical thinking and critical thinking skills.
- Requires effective verbal communication skills to communicate with customers.
- Requires knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, and Salesforce.

- Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
- A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $59,654 - $84,090 USD.
