Technical Program Managers (TPMs) play a pivotal role at Salesforce, leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within our Technology & Products organizations. Your Impact

  • Lead programs by aligning on scope, release planning, and vision with one or more teams, ensuring business goals are met.

  • Drive teams through the software engineering experience using Agile methodologies and demonstrate strong analytical skills.

  • Facilitate Steering Committee meetings to make key decisions and resolve critical program issues, ensuring strategic alignment.

  • Cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive focus on business objectives and ensure program success.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address tactical issues, dependencies, and milestones.

  • Provide regular program updates and status reports to stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

  • 6-10 years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company.

  • 6+ years of solution management experience for infrastructure, software, data services, or SaaS.

  • 3+ years of successfully implementing and managing SaaS product development programs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

  • Ability to build credibility with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with Portfolio Management.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Requirements

  • Comfortable navigating between tactical and strategic initiatives.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $162,600 to $233,700. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $244,200.
