Additional Requirements: Must be able to establish a rapport and relate effectively with students and direct and inspire staff. Must possess the physical and mental toughness to withstand long hours required. Recognize socioeconomic problems and possess the ability to work on these. Ability to withstand pressure and frustration. Knowledge of educational programs, including both academic and vocational training, contract administration, and fiscal analysis.
