We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Manager to lead the human resources function for our new manufacturing facility that will produce cooling and infrastructure products for data centers. This is a rare opportunity to be a part of a plant start-up from the ground up. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in recruiting and building the workforce, developing HR processes, establishing community partnerships, and laying the foundation for a high-performing and engaging work culture.
