This role is a temporary assignment (3-4 months) and will focus on developing, testing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and internal stems, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and compliance with business requirements.

Desired skillset:
  • 5+ years supporting Workday integrations
  • Understanding of Workday integrations, security, business processes, calculated fields, and report writing
  • Experience updating business processes which call a Workday integration
  • Experience creating custom reports for integrations along with complex calculated fields
  • Experience creating security groups, ISUs, API clients for integrations
  • Experience developing in Workday integrations - WECI, some exposure to Studio, nice to have some exposure to Orchestrate
  • Experience with creating and updating Workday SOAP API and RaaS calls along with trouble shooting API issues including connection issues using OAuth
  • Experience using the Workday tools to deploy changes into various environments
  • Demonstrated experience creating documentation, system flows, etc.
  • Ability to independently find solutions to issues using Workday Community and other sources
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Azure Dev Ops or similar platform is preferred
  • Experience developing in Python or C# is preferred
  • Understanding of Microsoft Fabric
