Senior Operations Director As a Senior Operations Director for Lease Administration, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational excellence of the entire Lease Administration department supporting a global financial services client including:
The Candidate: Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of work experience in Lease Administration, Real Estate Operations, or Corporate Real Estate Management
The Candidate: Dynamic and Highly Skilled You'll need to be visionary and strategically focused with the ability to translate business objectives into operational execution. You will be successful if you have advanced business intelligence capabilities to analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Proficiency in strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial management is essential. You will have comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate practices and lease structures. You will excel at managing complex client relationships and balancing competing priorities across multiple accounts and teams. Superior project management capabilities, with the ability to lead large-scale initiatives, are essential for success in this role. The Candidate: Organized, Open and Flexible Exceptional leadership and communication skills are crucial - both written and spoken - and we'll expect you to inspire teams, drive accountability, and foster a culture of excellence. You will strategically prioritize department objectives and allocate resources effectively to meet business goals. An individual with executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization will be successful in the role. Ability to establish and maintain high-performing teams through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management. You will champion innovation and continuous improvement within the department.
