We are currently seeking a Senior Human Factors Engineer to join a passionate team focused on advancing cancer treatment solutions through cutting-edge biotechnology.

Pay: $74/hr. | Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with engineering, clinical, regulatory, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to perform human usability engineering activities
  • Develop methodologies to collect qualitative and quantitative user data
  • Design and conduct formative and summative usability tests to simulate product use
  • Create and support usability-related documentation including user needs, user profiles, use scenarios, task analysis, error analysis, testing reports, and post-market usability reviews
  • Foster positive communication and collaboration across internal teams, customers, contractors, and vendors


Qualifications:



  • 4+ years of relevant experience in medical device development, or a related graduate degree with applicable project experience
  • Background in pre-med, human factors, psychology, biomedical, or related fields
  • Hands-on experience with medical device hardware (preferably Class III, implantables)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in team settings
  • Experience moderating usability sessions and documenting findings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence others
  • Familiarity with IEC 62366, IEC 60601-1-6, and FDA human factors guidelines (must be listed on resume)
  • Ability to work independently and within fast-paced team environments
  • Commitment to quality systems and regulatory compliance in all aspects of work

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
