We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Contract Specialist to join our team at Maag Americas. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in overseeing the commercial contract review process, ensuring our organization effectively navigates the complexities of various agreements, including NDAs, Customer Framework Purchase Agreements, and Agent Representative Agreements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external legal counsel, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company's interests and identifying potential risks. Your expertise will also extend to supporting finance and compliance initiatives within our sales function, making this a dynamic position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position serves two primary functions. You will lead the commercial contract review process to ensure a clear understanding of risks and obligations in complex sales agreements. Collaborating with internal and external teams, you will seek legal counsel support as needed and maintain direct communication with the customer's legal team. Additionally, you will work with the Sales Manager on equipment performance and reliability guarantees, emphasizing our commitment to exceptional service. The Senior Contract Specialist will be vital in supporting finance and compliance initiatives for the Sales function at Maag U.S. locations. This role includes collaborating with Finance to establish letters of credit for bonds and issuing Certificates of Insurance for sales contracts. Additionally, the Specialist will lead the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) certification process for sales representative agents, reinforcing our commitment to ethical practices. What You'll Do
