Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
• Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
• Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
• Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
• Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
• Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
• Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas

Required Skills:

• Should have 5+ years relevant experience in Software development.
• Should have 3+ years of experience with PEGA development
• Experience in Pega PRPC -Process Flows, Activities, Harness, Sections, Decision Table, Data transforms, Agent and activity, Reporting
• Should have PCSSA (Pega Certified Senior System Architect) certification
• Should have hands on experience in end to end PRPC lifecycle - design, development, coding, testing and debugging skills in PEGA 8.x or higher
• Expertise in PRPC Integration with external systems in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning and Deployment process.
• Must possess analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge on DevOps implementation for Pega applications
• Strong Troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
• Preferred to have experience with distributed development teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures
• Ability to closely work with BAs, Scrum Masters, SQA, production support, other developers and other cross-functional team members
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Visio proficient

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of AML CDD processes and functions is a major plus
• Experience in Client Life cycle Management (CLM) a plus
• Experience in J2EE application development and data modeling/SQL is a plus
• Experience in AI, ML, NLP is a plus
• Pega CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) is a Plus.
