Overview

The role of a Senior Manager Treasury - CCAR Aggregation is responsible for overseeing the aggregation, analysis, and reporting of data for the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) process. This role ensures compliance with Federal Reserve regulatory requirements, drives the development and execution of robust data aggregation strategies and supports stress testing and capital planning initiatives. The Senior Manager will lead of team of analyst(s), collaborate with cross-functional departments, and ensure accuracy, integrity and timeliness of CCAR submissions.


Responsibilities

* Data Aggregation and Reporting: Oversee the collection, validation, and aggregation of financial and risk data from multiple business units to produce accurate CCAR reports (e.g., FR Y-14A).
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all CCAR submissions meet Federal Reserve guidelines, including data quality, documentation and submission deadlines.
* Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient data aggregation processes, leveraging automation and advanced analytics to enhance accuracy and reduce manual effort.
* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of analyst(s), fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Risk, Treasury and IT teams to align data inputs, resolve discrepancies and ensure consistency across CCAR-related deliverables.
* Governance and Controls: Maintain and enhance robust controls to ensure data integrity, auditability and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
* Issue Resolution: Identify and address data quality issues, reporting errors or process inefficiencies, escalating critical matters to senior leadership as needed.
* Continuous Improvement: Remain informed of regulatory changes, industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance CCAR aggregation capabilities.

Preferred Skills

o Proficiency in data aggregation tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, SAS, Python, R or similar).
o Strong understanding of CCAR reporting templates (FR Y-14 series) and Federal Reserve requirements.
o Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and financial modeling.
o Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
o Exceptional problem solving and analytical abilities, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o Deep understand of CCAR, stress testing and other regulatory frameworks impacting capital planning.
o Experience in managing complex projects with tight deadlines and cross-functional dependencies.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Banking Treasury/Finance OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Banking Treasury/Finance

Experience with financial risk modeling - market risk, credit risk, or operational risk, Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
