Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the bank's capital planning, stress testing, and regulatory governance initiatives. This role is responsible for helping manage the documentation, reporting, and communication processes supporting capital stress testing and CCAR. A key focus of this role is strong writing and communication skills, with an emphasis on drafting clear, concise, and well-structured documents and presentations for senior audiences. Responsibilities Capital Planning and Governance Support * Contribute to the execution of the capital planning cycle by supporting the development and refinement of governance presentations, capital plan, and regulatory documentation. Documentation and Content Management * Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and written materials for senior management, risk committees, and the Board of Directors. Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination * Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Risk, Credit, and Model Risk Management to collect, validate, and consolidate inputs for capital planning and stress testing processes. Monitoring and Reporting * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and status updates related to capital planning documentation and governance deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Finance or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Finance or Analytics Preferred Experience: * Familiarity with CCAR or related capital stress testing programs.
