Overview
This position manages a team of associates who support the servicing and operation capabilities of the Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service (CDARS), Insured Cash Sweep (ICS) and Reserve Desk deposits. Oversees the daily workflow to meet customer expectations and service level standards. Provides guidance, training, and direction on department processes and systems. Implements methods of tracking and reporting performance to aid in the development of process improvements, driving goal achievement through personal leadership and oversight of team activities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience.
