Job Summary

As the Director of Revenue Growth Management, you will own the pricing and promotional strategy for the ZOLL Public Safety business unit. This newly created role will be responsible for working directly with our leadership teams across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to deliver business plans and key initiatives. You will develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape at each key channel and account, and work to design and implement programs that enable the company to achieve its financial and strategic objectives.

Essential Functions
  • Develop and monitor pay for performance elements of funding. Ensure programs are equitable, transparent and measurable.
  • Manage the Trade spend review process for all key decisions pertaining to pricing approvals and promotional spend.
  • Analyze both in-market data as well as research data to understand the impact of various price points and promotional tactics to our business and provide recommendations to senior management to improve results.
  • Create annual and long-term retail strategies that maximize the Oibloc Safety teams ability to capture value built upon a strong understanding of the behavior of distributors. Strategies are inclusive of price points, program incentives (growth, new account acquisition, product placement locations), distributor margin expectations and ZOLL margin requirements.
  • Incorporate pricing/promotion strategy into annual sales planning process - volume, price/mix, trade rate goals by partner. Own the creation of goals ensuring integration into planning and budgeting platforms (Oracle, SF.co, Price planning tools).
  • Understand the financial profile of our product portfolio including key drivers of profitability, and partner with the product team to optimize potential changes to the product portfolio
  • Partner with Finance to provide senior leadership an objective perspective on whether a request is coherent with the marketplace, consistent with commercial strategy and meets required financial thresholds.
  • Work with selling organization to ensure process compliance and controls are met.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
  • Master's Degree or
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, sales, marketing or a related field
  • Prefer experience in a Fortune 500 company, medical device field, or in the consumer packaged goods related industries
  • Experience working across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results
  • Experience with sales strategies

  • Ability to think systematically and lead complex processes
