This job is responsible for extensive network building and provider education of assigned market of solutions and clients within the reach of WellSky services. The scope of this job includes working closely with internal teams to highlight the benefits of key referral workflows, solutions, and programs.

The Senior Engagement Manager will play a critical role in supporting WellSky's ED Safe Discharge Program. This teammate will be engaging acute care providers, with a strong emphasis on developing and executing a comprehensive communication and education strategy that drives awareness and adoption of the program. They will collaborate closely with WellSky's clients, specifically acute care teams and ED staff, to operationalize best practices, deliver training, and ensure sustainable workflows that optimize safe transitions of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, refine, and execute an aligned communication plan and education strategy in partnership with clients, focused on emergency department teams.
  • Deliver ongoing training and education to acute care providers and ED staff on workflows, processes, and best practices to effectively operationalize the ED Transition Program.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participating providers, fostering strong relationships and trust through proactive support and problem-solving.
  • Monitor provider participation and engagement, identifying opportunities for additional support, training, or workflow refinement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical, implementation, and analytics teams, to ensure program goals are met, and measurable outcomes are tracked and communicated.
  • Identify barriers to program adoption and partner with clients to develop solutions that promote sustainable performance and program value.
  • Represent WellSky's mission and value proposition with professionalism, ensuring that program messaging aligns with client goals and the broader aim of improving care transitions
  • Lead escalations and critical interventions in collaboration with client success, account executives, and clinical teams to promote satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Represent WellSky at industry events and build brand awareness by promoting solutions to key stakeholders across the care continuum.
  • Contribute to organizational success by adapting to evolving priorities and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 8-12 years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; healthcare administration, public health, nursing, social work, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in care coordination or a related healthcare program management role.
  • Strong background working with acute care settings; direct experience with emergency department workflows, hospital case management, or discharge planning is highly preferred.
  • Proven success developing and executing provider communication, training, and education strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, including physicians, case managers, nurses, and hospital leadership.

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs.
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
