**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD** Longeviti LLC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst VI with an active Secret clearance and at least 12 years of experience in program analysis, acquisition, or logistics coupled with familiarity with UAS programs to support the U.S. Army at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. Work Location:
- Primary: Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
- Secondary: Authorized virtual work location per customer Telework Policy. Temporary Duty (TDY) may be required at other locations.
DESCRIPTION: The Senior Program Management Analyst VI will provide expert-level support in logistics, acquisition, program analysis, and strategic planning for Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) programs. This role requires a highly experienced professional with extensive knowledge of program and project management principles, capable of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. The Analyst VI will work closely with government stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of UAS initiatives DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Logistics Support:
- Technical Data Management: Support Digital Enterprise product data and Digital Thread framework management, including review and verification of Logistics Product Data and Digital System Models.
- Support Equipment Documentation: Identify, plan, and develop documentation for acquiring support equipment, including validation and verification efforts, logistics demonstrations, and technical manuals.
- Standardization Initiatives: Analyze and assess support equipment requirements to reduce tools and support needs while implementing standardization to maximize efficiency.
Acquisition and Strategic Planning Services:
- Administrative Support: Provide clerical and administrative support, including file management, scheduling, document preparation, and database maintenance.
- Programmatic Support: Develop, review, and maintain programmatic documentation throughout acquisition phases, including Contract Requirements Packages (CRP), Request for Proposal (RFP) evaluations, and Independent Logistics Assessments.
- Operations Management: Coordinate strategic communications, manage media relations, and oversee public affairs documentation and approvals.
Program Analysis:
- Financial and Data Analysis: Utilize Army systems such as GFEBS and LMP to analyze and resolve issues related to financial transactions and asset management.
- Funds Execution: Collect, analyze, and integrate obligation and disbursement reports while developing Obligation and Expenditure Plans.
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): Manage programmatic data using tools like PMRT, ADVANA, and Power BI.
Contracting/Acquisition Analyst Support:
- Documentation Development: Draft and update acquisition-related documents, including Statements of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Acquisition Plans, and Market Research Reports.
- Compliance and Coordination: Ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, and Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS) while liaising with stakeholders across PEOs and HQDA.
Acquisition Support:
- Program Milestone Documentation: Prepare and review program baselines, solicitations, and milestone event documentation (e.g., MS-A, MS-B, MS-C).
- Tradeoff Analysis: Identify cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs during product development phases.
Performance Measurement Support:
- Schedule Development: Create and update integrated master schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera.
- Earned Value Management (EVM): Analyze performance data, validate EVM data integrity, and prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:
- Minimum of 12 years of task-related experience in program analysis, acquisition, logistics, or related fields.
- Familiarity with UAS programs is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in all of the following skills is required:
- ERP systems (e.g., GFEBS, LMP)
- Project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
- Data analysis platforms (e.g., Power BI, ADVANA).
Additional Requirements:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and Army acquisition processes.
CERTIFICATIONS OR TRAINING REQUIRED:
- At least one of the following certifications is required:
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP)
- Level III Program Management Certification from the Defense Acquisition University (DAU)
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Active SECRET clearance required.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Program or Project Management, Business Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Alternatively, 15 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
