We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate leader to oversee our Heart & Vascular Clinic. In this role, you will be at the forefront of patient-centered care, guiding a dedicated team while ensuring operational excellence and high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Heart & Vascular Clinic.

• Drive high standards of patient care, staff engagement, and clinical outcomes.

• Partner with leadership to implement strategic initiatives that elevate clinic performance.

• Mentor and inspire staff while fostering a culture of teamwork, compassion, and accountability.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

• 3+ years of clinical leadership experience with proven success in guiding teams and enhancing patient care.

• Strong understanding (or ability to gain knowledge) of Grady Health System's mission, principles, and programs.

• Prior cardiac/vascular clinic experience preferred.
