SUMMARY
Responsible for the procurement of medical equipment and supplies for the Houston Warehouse facility and project sites, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring efficient supply operations across global field operational sites, ensuring compliance with local legislation and maintaining strict quality control. Supervision and management of the Supply Chain Analysts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of day-to-day warehouse operations, receiving, warehousing, and distribution Quality control of outbound shipments Advise team on shipping logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to the customer Responsible for warehouse procedures and layout, bin management, and lot and expiration tracking Development, ongoing maintenance, and troubleshooting of warehouse systems including WMS Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by understanding existing and new legislation, adhering to requirements, and advising the team on necessary actions Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by closely monitoring security procedures and protocols in line with industry standards and client requirements Controls inventory levels by supervising physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems Maintains physical condition of warehouse by inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair, and requisitions for replacement Designs, develops, and manages shipment of all internal and external medical kits for both customer and end-user purposes Manage procurement of warehouse supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet monthly field supply requests Prepare purchasing and sales documentation such as purchase orders, quotations, and sales invoices for clients and vendors Management, training, and mentoring of Supply Chain team, ensuring accurate and timely procurement of supplies Maintaining a physical presence in the warehouse and other duties as required Other duties as assigned

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school Experience in Good Distribution Practice (preferred) Experience in a supply chain role, preferably in a medical supplies environment International buying experience (preferred) Experience in multi-site remote operations (preferred) Experience in the improvement or development of complex supply processes (preferred)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Strong decision-making skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate across varying levels up to and including senior management Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer & technology literacy (advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred) Knowledge of purchase ordering, stock management, and warehouse management systems (preferred) Must not have been convicted of any felony or any federal, state, or local laws relating to wholesale or retail prescription drug distribution of controlled substances Must be at least 21 years of age
