Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Compliance Manager to lead the development, auditing, and enhancement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local, state, federal, and international employment laws. This role will oversee risk assessments, vendor relationships, and document management systems to maintain regulatory compliance and mitigate legal exposure. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR Business Partners and legal counsel to support business objectives, manage external audits, and ensure accurate recordkeeping and training adherence. Additionally, this position will drive process optimization through SOP documentation and maintain a compliance calendar to support strategic HR initiatives. #LI-PN1 Responsibilities * Leads creation, review, and annual audit of all HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures by partnering with HR and business contacts as necessary to ensure all comply with local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. Serve as the main point of contact with legal counsel regarding new laws and regulations that may affect HR policies and procedures. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
