Procure to Pay Associate

Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the Procure to Pay Manager, this role collaborates closely with the Accounts Payable team and key business stakeholders across the organization. The primary focus is to drive processing efficiencies and ensure organization-wide adherence to established procurement policies and procedures. Responsibilities include proactive analysis of purchase order balances, invoice match exceptions, received not invoiced (RNI), supplier statements, and other key reports to support the accurate and timely payment of invoices.

What you will do:

• Assist the P2P team with obtaining the necessary statements and invoice copies to validate the RNI Report
• Assist with credit hold situations by requesting statements and invoice copies; process necessary actions to clear holds
• Assist the AP team with cleaning up invalid items in GHX
• Work with suppliers to ensure proper invoice submission procedures
• Assist the AP team with processing invoices in the Workday draft queue, when assigned
• Assist with GHX invoices lacking a PO by searching Workday to locate the appropriate PO
• Communicate processes to ensure adherence to the company's No PO/No Pay policy
• Adhere to all Endeavor Health policies, procedures, and values
• Perform Other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• Education: High School Diploma required
• Experience: 1-2 years experience in Accounts Payable or Customer Service required
