We're seeking a Total Rewards Specialist in our Atlanta, GA office to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY:
The HR Specialist is a key member of the North Highland Workforce (HR) team. In this new role you will work across a variety of HR functions including Total Rewards, L&D, TA, Operations, and our HRBP team to positively influence overall business objectives. The HR Specialist will support global initiatives impacting benefits, training/induction, onboarding, wellness, recognition, business partnership and other projects to ensure the best outcomes for the firm and our employees. The HR Specialist role is crucial to ensuring the continued focus on retention and attraction and will advance our talent position in the marketplace. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who is self-directed, a strong collaborator, critical problem solver, and who enjoys owning a wide breadth of responsibilities.
YOU WILL:
Support all activities related to employee benefits including setting up new employees & processing leavers in our benefits programs/portals, serving as first point of contact for benefits questions, managing benefits details in Workday, providing quotes on cost of Vitality coverage for dependents, coordinating payment of invoices with AP, updating employee changes.
Lead UK Open Enrollment activities including employee inquiries, benefit renewals, updates to Workday, OE communication.
Serve as local point of contact with our UK broker and support research related to new benefit offerings and insurance renewals.
Assist with EMEA benefit renewals.
Support EMEA benefit renewals by coordinating stakeholders, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance. Facilitate HR training on benefits updates.
Support with EMEA benefits alongside local HR teams and stakeholders, assist with employee communications.
Manage the creation and coordination of a global benefits calendar and associated events to promote our benefits and ensure employee awareness of total rewards offerings.
Source wellness content and promote local wellness programs through our insurance providers.
Maintain the benefits/total rewards page on company intranet.
Lead induction and coordinate planning/processes to ensure the best new joiner experience.
Keep onboarding slides/benefit resources updated for global audience.
Collaborate with L&D to upgrade current onboarding programs globally to enhance employee experience and improved ramp up time.
Serve as local point of contact for parental leave processes for employees and working with the HRBP team.
Assist with projects related to employee development and the training of our coaches/managers.
Assist with compensation analysis and program administration.
Assist London office as local contact for Right to Work verification for new joiners.
Manage the local rewards and recognition program.
Submit monthly reports to the payroll department to facilitate adjustments to employee benefits.
Assist HRBPs as necessary and assess HR processes and ways of working to drive improvements.
Other responsibilities as defined by manager.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
2-4+ years of work experience in Human Resources, with working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines. One year of benefits experience required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience or proficiency in leading in-person training.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent relationship skills, including experience collaborating with and proactively supporting multiple stakeholder groups.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Working knowledge of business needs and sound knowledge of applicable employment laws/ regulations/HR best practices.
Workday experience preferred.
Analytical skills including experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
