Job Requirements: Is This for You?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
• Experience leading audits and managing internal controls
• Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day financial operations
