This Position reports to: Research Department Manager At Corporate Technology Center in Krakow we create innovative solutions, implemented in ABB products and systems. It is a unique opportunity for you to join interdisciplinary scientific teams and international projects where expertise, curiosity and innovation are valued. As a Test Automation Engineer Intern, you will contribute to the quality of Smart Buildings software products thorough testing of the solutions, modules, and functions produced by the software development teams. Tasks: Planning and development of automated tests in Python Development of test framework and platform Code maintenance and documentation Execution of manual tests (limited, focus on test automation) Requirements Student of 3rd or 4th year Knowledge of Python Knowledge of Linux on user level Knowledge of GIT Good written and spoken English Minimum availability 20h/week Nice to have: Knowledge of py.test and Selenium Knowledge of Linux for embedded systems Knowledge of Docker and Continuous Integration Knowledge of communication protocols like Modbus TCP/RTU, LTE, LoRa, WiFi SEP 1kV We offer: Work in interesting project in energy distribution area Friendly work environment with great team spirit Possible partially remote work SharePoint A Future Opportunity Please note that this position is part of our talent pipeline and not an active job opening at this time.
