Annual Salary $120K+ based on experience Overflowing Benefit package Generous Paid time off The CCBHC Director of Nursing Services is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the integration of medical services with behavioral health care throughout all CCBHC teams across the agency leading to improved overall health outcomes for clients. This position takes lead in developing uniformity across all F&CS CCBHC team-based care positions. To accomplish improving health outcomes, the Director provides oversight, uniform standards of care and direction for (1) CCBHC nursing services, (2) health related quality measures and results, (3) health care coordination, (4) health and wellness curriculum and services and (5) development and /or dissemination of managing chronic health conditions material. The Director will ensure provision of high quality, patient centered care in a continuous improvement environment and in compliance with CCBHC standards and regulatory requirements along with agency strategic vision for greater integration. The Director will further advance the utilization of Population health management in a whole person care CCBHC environment. Primary responsibility will be to ensure that clients receive holistic, person-centered care that addresses both their physical and mental health concerns. CCBHC Model of Care Family & Children's Services works to heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families, and provide hope and a path to recovery for those battling mental illness and addiction. You will be working in an innovative and dynamic environment using a new transformative model of care Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This model is characterized by innovative, team-based approach and whole person care for adults and children with a range of complex mental health and substance use challenges. Utilizing multi-disciplinary teams, staff work collaboratively to provide a coordinated effort to enhance client recovery.
