Be the Power Behind the Paint Booths

At Global Finishing Solutions (GFS), we build more than world-class paint booths-we build experiences, relationships, and equipment that performs like a dream. But even the best machines need the best people to keep them humming.

That's where YOU come in. We're looking for a Service & Preventative Maintenance Coordinator (that's SPM Coordinator if you're fancy) to be the master scheduler, customer whisperer, and behind-the-scenes hero making it all run smooth.

What's This Job All About?

In this role, you'll be the nerve center of our Service & PM team-connecting customers with techs, tracking service jobs, and making sure our maintenance programs are running like clockwork. If you're organized, love solving problems, and enjoy helping people, this role is built for you.

You'll be:

  • Juggling schedules like a pro (without dropping the ball)
  • Talking to customers-some who just need a filter and others who need a filter and a little tech therapy
  • Coordinating PM contracts-filter shipments, service visits, new customer onboarding, and more
  • Working inside systems to track jobs, trigger work orders, and keep everything and everyone on task
  • Collaborating with techs, sales teams, and support crews to keep service moving and customers smiling

What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day

  • Dispatching techs to handle urgent service calls
  • Scheduling recurring PM visits and making sure contracts are fulfilled
  • Onboarding new customers & equipment into our service ecosystem
  • Sending out monthly filter orders like clockwork
  • Building and managing service templates (because robots need instructions too)
  • Keeping internal and external systems up to date
  • Managing spare parts lists for customers-because no one likes a missing filter

What You Bring to the Booth

  • High school diploma + 3-5 years of customer service experience OR
  • Associate/Bachelor's degree + 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • (P.S. We're flexible: 2 years of hands-on experience = 1 year of school)
  • An eye for detail, a love for lists, and a knack for prioritizing
  • Strong communicator with both people and software
  • You like solving problems, staying organized, and being the one everyone trusts to "just get it done"
