Genesis10 is currently seeking a macOS Systems Support Engineer for a 12 month contract role with our client in the healthcare industry in Jacksonville, FL. Note: This position is mostly remote, but there may be occasional requests for on-site support at the Jacksonville campus. Candidates must reside within 70 miles of the Jacksonville campus and be able to commute when needed. Position Overview: We are seeking a macOS Support Engineer to join our Jacksonville-based Mac team. This role will support and maintain macOS hardware and software systems across multiple Client sites. You will work closely with IT teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and ensure smooth system performance. Key Responsibilities:
