Highly analytical Senior Marketing Manager who will help oversee the growth strategy and execution for paid growth channels (Display & Video) of our streaming businesses, with the objective of reaching the number of subscribers, revenue, and overall acquisition costs.

This role sits on the central User-Acquisition Team and will work closely with the Sr Manager of Paid Social and Display as well as local UA teams across 7+ International markets.

What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?

* Assist in Leading Programmatic planning and media-buying across all territories, ensure both functions are optimized to achieve high levels of growth with an ROI-Focus

* Assist in owning the strategy and performance of programmatic activity with full operational responsibility.

* Execute strategy to grow user base, including directly program campaigns for multiple platforms/DSPs (e.g., Google, DV360, CM360, AmazonDSP, etc)

* Responsible for the planning and execution of Google DV360, AmazonDSP, and any new DSP platforms onboarded.

What are the TOP Critical Skills or Must Haves skills a candidate should have on their resume in order to be considered?

* Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience with a track record of delivering success as a programmatic trader/specialist or in a similar role.

* Deep understanding of programmatic landscape, with experience planning and buying self-serve programmatic through DV360, Amazon DSP, and other demand side platforms. Must have amazon and DV360, Minimum at least one of the two but must have other ones as well

* Comfortable with analyzing and manipulating data with Excel Pivot tables or Tableau to run campaign analysis and provide high level decision recommendations.

* Ability to research, strategize, and source 3rd party publisher deals within DSPs and experience setting up PG, PMP, and Preferred deals.

* Comfortable with Ad servers such as Campaign Manager 360(CM360) and trafficking multiple media tags through a variety of publishers. Deep level is nice to have, but a general knowledge is ok.

* BS/BA in related field

* Master's degree in a related field (is a plus).

OBJECTIVES

* Drive audience acquisition and growth strategies.

* Delivering the Growth goals around Subscribers, CPA, LTV, funnel efficiency, Churn and ARPU.

* Work with International and Regional UA team around the development of the growth stack and analytics tools.

* Managing third party agencies to successfully face demands and goals we can't support with internal team members.

* A/B testing coordination with the International and Local Team.

* Execute performance and growth activities to reach subscription acquisition.

* Own and present to leadership key performance metrics around customer acquisition, cost per new customer, etc.

* Execute Test & Learn programs to re-define processes which will allow us to keep improving in a mid and long term.

FUNCTIONS

As responsible of the growth marketing, you will be responsible for the following:

* Assist in Leading Programmatic planning and media-buying across all territories, ensure both functions are optimized to achieve high levels of growth with an ROI-Focus

* Assist in owning the strategy and performance of programmatic activity with full operational responsibility.

* Execute strategy to grow user base, including directly program campaigns for multiple platforms/DSPs (e.g., Google, DV360, CM360, AmazonDSP, etc)

* Responsible for the planning and execution of Google DV360, AmazonDSP, and any new DSP platforms onboarded.

* Track record of success and growth.

* Develop, manage, innovate, and lead strategies to grow user acquisition.

* Leverage and exploit opportunities for new initiatives, products, and subscription services.

* Implement strategies that build audience and unlock growth.

* Maximize acquisition and campaign efficiencies across channels, partners, and platforms.

* Develop guidelines and best practices on campaign objectives, targeting strategies, and creative development utilizing data obtained in our A/B test programs.

* Analyze challenges, identify alternative solutions.

* Develop, monitor, and constantly evaluate ROI, through the tracking and creation of UA reports.

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience with a track record of delivering success as a programmatic trader/specialist or in a similar role.

* Deep understanding of programmatic landscape, with experience planning and buying self-serve programmatic through DV360, Amazon DSP, and other demand side platforms.

* Proven experience with direct response campaigns with experience with attribution, conversion tracking, and optimizing towards strict KPI goals.

* Comfortable with analyzing and manipulating data with Excel Pivot tables or Tableau to run campaign analysis and provide high level decision recommendations.

* Ability to research, strategize, and source 3rd party publisher deals within DSPs and experience setting up PG, PMP, and Preferred deals.

* Comfortable with Ad servers such as Campaign Manager 360(CM360) and trafficking multiple media tags through a variety of publishers.

* Deep understanding of creative tag development with a clear POV on tracking, attribution, ad fraud, cookie windows, etc.

* Excited by working in a faced-paced environment with excellent troubleshooting and QA skills - strong attention to detail.

* Ability to multi-task with effective resolution management in a fast-paced growth environment.

* Experience also in media and subscription would be a plus. Capacity to collaborate with different areas involved in the growth initiatives (Product, Marketing, BI, creative, content).

* Capacity to coordinate with International, and with different teams preferred.

* Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery. Understanding of overall cross-platform attribution.

* Track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing automation tools.

* Good communication and presentation skills.

* Knowledge in TV/streaming business.

* Consumer of entertainment content and interest in it.

* International market experience.

* Capability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* BS/BA in related field preferred.
