Internship, Video Producer, Product Knowledge, North America Sales Operations (Fall 2025)

This position is expected to start around August or September 2025 and continue through the Fall term (ending approximately December 2025) orcontinuinginto Winter/Spring 2026 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.

International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

Tesla's Product Knowledge teamis responsible forensuring that Tesla's global employees and customers are knowledgeable about Tesla's products and the ways in which they contribute to Tesla's mission. Our team manages company-wide product updates, supports events, and partners with technical and non-technical teams throughout the business on product messaging. We pride ourselves on creating fun, engaging, accessible, learner-friendly content that models Tesla culture and results in employees and customers alike feeling confident in and connected to Tesla's products. This educational content includes internal communications, reference guides, online courses, live instructor-led sessions, and, notably, videos. We cover vehicle offerings, their accessories, and the software and firmware that support them.We'rea small, highly visible team with a large and important body of work. • Track product updates
• Build and maintain your own Tesla product knowledge
• Collaborate on intake of content requests
• Propose media solutions
• Organize production resources
• Assist with shooting content using different camera techniques
• Assist with running sound and light set-up for in-studio and on-location
• Assist with coordinating of logistics for production
• Manage on-screen talent to visually reproduce precise human interactions
• Use editing tools to put together content that aligns with corporate guidelines and visual standards
• Produce, edit and contribute to educational content of all kinds
• Assist with maintaining and expanding our internal knowledge base
• Shoot and edit high-quality photographs for use in internal educational materials

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's orMaster's in Film, Video Production, or equivalent
• Experience with filming,editingand producing video
• Experience with editing software is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Preferred:Experience in 3D software is a plus (After Effects, Blender, Unreal Engine, Godot)
• Preferred: Portfolio of experience
