What to Expect The Body Controls Firmware team develops the firmware, sensing, and control systems for the mechatronics in Tesla vehicles. They design and implement the software that powers falcon wing doors, seats, liftgates, windows, latches, wipers, mirrors, interior and exterior lighting, and numerous other sensors and small motors throughout the vehicle.
