Make your mark for patients

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people living with epilepsy? Our U.S. Neurology Sales team is seeking a driven, relationship-focused professional to join our growing epilepsy franchise as a Provider Liaison for the territory based in the Denver, CO area.

About the role

In this impactful role, you'll be the critical link between healthcare providers and our innovative epilepsy therapies, helping to ensure patients receive the care they need. You'll build strong, trusted partnerships across Denver, Colorado Springs, west to Grand Junction, south to Albuquerque, and north into the southeast corner of Wyoming, serving as a key resource and advocate for both providers and patients.

Candidates should reside in the territory.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with physicians and care providers across your territory to deliver compliant, patient-centered solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key epilepsy stakeholders and serving as their go-to resource for UCB.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to amplify UCB's impact in the region.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan informed by data-driven insights.
  • Drive growth independently while aligning efforts with cross-functional partners.
  • Deepen your clinical knowledge of epilepsy and our treatment portfolio.
  • Support access and affordability discussions and navigating formulary approvals at key institutions.

Who you'll work with

  • Epileptologists and neurologists throughout the assigned geography

Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical or biotech selling experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of specialty selling experience
  • Valid U.S. Driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience selling and marketing products in neurology
  • Documented track record of success
  • Experience in hospital and/or clinical account management
  • Existing relationships with key stakeholders within the territory
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and teamworking skill

This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $77,800-$102,200 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
