Job Overview
The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming parts, raw materials, outgoing finished good and performing first piece inspection on items that are in production. The Quality inspector will perform dimensional inspections that cover all production departments and may assist other departments in measuring, inspecting or identifying parts. This role will require effective non-conformance reporting, providing the appropriate level of details to allow the business to make decisions on use. This role will assist in maintaining the calibration of special tools and equipment. A Day In The Life
Under moderate supervision, performs inspections on incoming parts, raw materials, in-process products, and/or finished products to ensure parts meet specified requirements. Additional duties as assigned What will help you thrive in this role?
Required Qualifications: OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Must be able to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and drawings.
