What to Expect As a Seasonal Tesla Advisor, you will collaborate closely with our Sales & Delivery team to achieve outstanding end-of-quarter delivery results. We are seeking a candidate with both exceptional customer service skills and a genuine commitment to the cause of sustainable energy. The Seasonal Tesla Advisor position represents a unique chance to showcase your skills and talents within Tesla. What You'll Do Greet and engage walk-in guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere for effective conversations Excite and educate prospective customers through various channels about Tesla's product offerings Help build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by collecting customer information and facilitating test drives for potential buyers Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, including customer education, vehicle preparation, and document completion Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery goals by meeting and exceeding individual sales and KPI targets Demonstrate expertise in Tesla's products and services and stay updated on EV trends and local incentives Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs, including but not limited to direct deliveries to customer homes What You'll Bring 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with proven track record to meet and exceed goals Passionate about the Tesla Mission and our innovations in the personal transportation industry Highly organized and excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicable Valid driver's license required Compensation and Benefits Benefits As a full-time Tesla seasonal employee, you will be eligible for: Aetna medical plan with an HSA (Health Savings Account) with a $0 employee cost Employee contribution into an HSA Dental and vision plans with a $0 employee cost Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits 401(k) and other financial benefits Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Employee Assistance Program Sick time after 90 days of employment and Paid Holidays Back-up childcare and parenting support resources Voluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft & legal services, and pet insurance Commuter benefits Employee discounts and perks program
