Introduction

As a Master Planner, you will be responsible for creating and executing planning strategies that ensure high delivery reliability for internal stakeholders-including Manufacturing, Optics, SS&P, System and Module Factories, Finance, and Business Lines-while meeting company output and inventory targets. You will also lead improvement initiatives to further industrialize ASML's planning framework.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS), balancing business opportunities, costs, and risks.

  • Lead end-to-end planning across all demand types and align plans across supply chain, factories, and sourcing.

  • Drive the monthly Demand & Supply (D&S) cycle with an 8-quarter horizon to optimize module output.

  • Contribute to long-term manufacturing readiness (MR) capability assessments (10-year horizon).

  • Execute and monitor the D&S plan, manage deviations, and control critical paths and decision gates.

  • Improve planning processes, methodologies, and tools.

  • Define and manage optimal buffer strategies across the value chain to reduce inefficient inventory.

  • Support reverse planning for field operations ("As-New" planning).

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a high-tech, low-volume, discrete manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with Master Planning, S&OP, and MPS.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; financial acumen for decision-making.

  • Experience leading or participating in supply chain improvement projects.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role may require working in both office and factory environments. Office responsibilities include sitting, walking, and using a computer. Factory responsibilities may include working in cleanroom environments with full protective gear, handling equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Travel may be required based on business needs.
