For more information, please visit www.verathon.com. Overview Verathon is looking for a Director of Operations to become the newest member of our global Operations leadership team. The role will be located in Bothell, WA. The Director of Operations is a multi-site operations leader responsible for ensuring the performance, alignment, and scalability of Verathon's manufacturing and distribution network. This includes full operational oversight of three facilities with manufacturing and distribution centers, driving excellence in production execution, procurement, material planning, logistics, and site leadership. The role is also accountable for implementing Lean principles and leveraging data-driven decision-making to foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and cross-site performance optimization. The Director partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for new product introductions (NPI), support growth initiatives, and deliver high standards of quality, cost, and delivery performance. Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, multi-site operations team, emphasizing talent development, employee engagement and succession planning. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Accounting or related discipline; MBA preferred Salary range - $186,000 - $218,000 (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range). Full-time employees who are not on a commission plan are eligible for Verathon's annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
