We're seeking a Communications Consultant in Seattle in to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
Engage in ground up communication, supporting strategic initiatives.
YOU WILL:
Communications, creative writing, executive comms writing and target audience assessment/tailored messaging for technical, leadership and sales audiences.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and optimizing ways of working.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate to create relevant content for team communications around skilling strategy and role journeys
Partner with program leads and to keep learning maps aligned to sales and role success priorities for each seller community
Collaborate with program leads to design and refresh the SharePoint hub and skilling modules to enhance learning experience
Develop and send ah-hoc communication across roles and programs
Orchestrate and publish regular sales program communications.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
3-5 years' experience as a communications manager
Transformation and change management experience.
Ability to hit the ground running, self-starter, quick mover, high organizational acumen, and executive presence.
Ability to demonstrate examples of communications strategy and delivery.
Communication support deliverables experience to include presentations and slides, strategic initiative communications, creative writing, executive comms writing and target audience assessment/tailored messaging.
We strive to offer competitive compensation and benefits while maintaining flexibility for both the employee and the North Highland. Total Rewards associated with this position include an hourly rate from: $45.00-50.00 as well as a basic benefits package for temporary employees and paid time off (PTO).
