ResponsibilitiesMilestone & Metrics Definition:Establish clear success criteria and tracking mechanisms for int initiatives with internal and external partners.Partner Engagement:Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with strategic partners across engineering, product, and business teams.Strategic Leadership:Work with partners across internal and external to create business strategies. Secure executive sponsorship and stakeholder buy-off.Communication & Influence:Lead communication across multiple levels of the organization - from engineers to executives - to create clarity, resolve ambiguity, and unblock progress.Execution Excellence:Ensure timely delivery of key initiatives by coordinating across stakeholders, managing dependencies, and proactively addressing risks. | |
