General Responsibilities: Oversees the staff and operations of the Richmond Work Center including production requirements, training curriculum, sales & marketing, safety, quality & inventory control, contract negotiations, and financial management. Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a professional, fun and exciting work atmosphere through leadership and motivation. Provide staff with performance feedback during annual performance reviews and regularly throughout the year. This role is also responsible for addressing performance issues when they arise.
- Assure a smooth integration of client programming and community connection activities throughout production environment.
- Ensure quality, health and safety and client centered approaches are being utilized for individuals served in our Work Center.
- Ensures that we are providing exceptional service delivery to our customers, both current and prospective, by making sure that we fulfill our commitment to on-time delivery, quality standards and responsive communication.
- Review all quotations for costing customer requirements using MODAPTS time studies to determine labor, material and overhead costs, working with the State Director and other applicable staff as necessary. Oversee the activity of follow-up with potential and existing customers, and monitor jobs for quotation revisions, process changes, etc.
- Monitor and look for ways to improve production efficiency, processes, and quality. Maintain customer records and oversee ISO 9001:2015 quality control standards for the production environment, responding to customer concerns and complaints.
- Provide management and oversight of our financials leveraging P & L statements. Oversee all purchases, petty cash, and supply inventories (Janitorial, Production, Med Room, and Building).
- Responsible for building security, OSHA, and Work Center equipment maintenance.
- Reasonable suspicion of a crime against an ICF/MR resident must be reported to Indiana State Department of Health and Law Enforcement (Elder Justice Act).
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
