Full time position for a highly dependable and detail-oriented assistant. This role requires a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with solid experience in processing images and handling reports. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and have a strong working knowledge of Excel and Adobe Photoshop.

Skills & Qualifications
* Punctual and dependable work ethic
* Highly responsible and accountable in managing deadlines and tasks
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
* Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Fast learner with adaptability to shifting priorities and new tools
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
* Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for image processing
* Comfortable handling large volumes of images and multiple naming conventions
* Excellent communication and thorough documentation skills
* Requires high-speed internet for remote work efficiency

Key Responsibilities
* Download and rename image files daily to maintain workflow consistency
* Identify and eliminate duplicate images to ensure data integrity
* Manage and execute batch editing processes aligned with team standards
* Review images for quality, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines
* Update and distribute daily "All Photographed" image tracking lists
* Support image downloads and uploads
* Generate and review reports to assist in performance tracking and analysis
* Research for low-resolution, duplicate, and misnamed images
* Create and maintain documentation, including instructional PowerPoint guides
* Maintain accurate records and reporting documentation
* Learn and apply image quality standards to all image
