Support the development of strategic plans, goals and objectives. Work with executive leadership extracting key priorities, ideas and objectives, translating those into creative strategies and product.

Essential Functions

  • Formulate cohesive stories using the most effective tactics including kinetic graphics, video, infographic, explainer and image.
  • Manage the creative process working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met.
  • Use elevated soft skills that inspire creativity and work well with diverse thought leaders while managing various projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Three (3) to four (4) years work experience in creative development, marketing or advertising. Experience performing or managing a range of creative positions, such as graphic designer, art director and copywriter.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Expert knowledge of the business side of design. Strong understanding of industry trends and creative tools. Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Application Deadline: 8/5/25 5:00pm CST. Position is hybrid in Memphis, TN. Candidates must live within reasonable commutable distance. Employees must be onsite as directed by leadership but allows team members flexibility to work from home otherwise. Relocation assistance may be available based on business need. Preferred skills include: Adobe Captivate, eLearning/Instructional Design experience, LMS platform management, corporate education/development, and video/audio editing.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month
