CNC Set Up Operator

• Select and install tooling per specifications and operations
• Interpret blueprints, process plans, and setup diagrams to prepare machines
• Use precision measuring tools to set up and inspect machined parts
• Operate standard machine tools including drill press and hand/electric tools
• Make tooling or programming adjustments as needed
• Load work programs and parts into machines
• Run production jobs and obtain first-piece approvals
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years CNC setup and operation)
• Working knowledge of G&M code; DOOSAN experience preferred
• Ability to read tape measures and convert between metric and English units
• Skilled in reading blueprints and assembly drawings
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and height gauges; GD&T knowledge preferred
• Must comply with all safety protocols and procedures
• Willingness to take on additional tasks as required
