AP Clerk Location: Remote Job ID: #71354 Pay Range: $17-20 The deadline to apply is 08/15/2025 This role is 100% remote. What is the primary mission of this role? To ensure invoices are indexed and processed timely What are the main functions of this role? Accounts Payable is seeking a candidate to join the organization who will be responsible for fulfilling assigned tasks throughout the end-to-end accounts payable process in accordance with standard operating procedures. AP is a fast paced, team-oriented, transaction processing organization reliant on individual and team performance and continuous improvement. Deliver a high volume of transactional work (invoice processing) with the highest accuracy and timeliness Will work with a team to ensure invoices are processed timely and will be held to an invoice processing goal Accurately code and record invoices into accounting system This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Required Skill Sets: 1+ years of experience with a variety of Accounts Payable concepts, practices and procedures 1+ years of experience in data entry 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements. Desired Skill Sets: Knowledge and experience with SAP, Oracle and/or JDE Excellent oral & written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with vendors and employees Years of Experience Required (if any): See required skill set above. Education Level Required: High School diploma or GED degree How will the contractor's success be measured?
