We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Segmentation Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify distinct segments within our customer base, enabling targeted marketing strategies and improved customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and customer behavior. What You'll Do
* Be a proactive business partner, analyzing customer data to identify patterns, trends and segments within the customer base, and share actionable insights and recommendations to drive customer experience improvements About You
* Bachelor's degree preferred in data science, mathematics or statistics, marketing, science or business field, required will consider candidates with 7+ years of relevant professional experience in place of a degree More Information Salary $139,000 - $163,000 a year This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
