Clariant is currently seeking a Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Leader to support our Catalyst business unit. This role will oversee and manage the end-to-end MRO supply process at the production facility in Louisville, KY. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring that materials, parts, and inventory are available, organized, and maintained to support continuous plant operations. This individual contributor role is ideal for someone who thrives in a physically active environment, takes initiative, and has a strong command of SAP and inventory management best practices. Responsibilities

* Ensure compliance with local regulations and Clariant's ESHA policies, support risk assessments and action plans
* Maintain accurate SAMACO records, including PSM and LDAR material listings
* Manage MRO inventory levels and ensure timely availability of quality parts for the maintenance team
* Analyze equipment needs, usage, and lead times to optimize stock planning
* Inspect incoming items and monitor orders to prevent delays; expedite as needed
* Collaborate with procurement and vendors to resolve issues and assess performance
* Track KPIs to ensure service levels are met
* Prepare and issue materials for planned work orders; return unused/repairable items to stock.
* Organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse/stockroom following 5S standards
* Manage material/equipment numbers, work orders, purchase requests (PRs), and PO workflows in SAP
* Review and process invoices accurately and on time



Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or maintenance planning
* Strong proficiency in SAP (material management, inventory control, work order tracking)
* Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence
