*Description*
The Cloud Project Manager (PM) is responsible for oversight of infrastructure programs & projects in support of business driven initiatives. The PM takes infrastructure project from initial concept through final implementation utilizing project management disciplines and methodologies. They estimate project scope & staffing while integrating resources to deliver defined project milestones, on time and within budget. In addition to managing individual projects, the Infrastructure Project Manager may lead multiple, related projects under a coordinated program structure. Such programs will have greater complexity & enterprise visibility. The client will be 75-80% AWS and 20% Azure. Specifice cloud project experience is certainly preferred, but not required. Key skills and tasks: Scrum / agile certified Indepth knowledge of Azure DevOps Manages work streams for 3 "domains / towers" of our AWS cloud team. Will help drive Feature, Task, Story creation and driving the acceptance criteria and definition of done. Coordinates daily standups, bi-weekly sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions, monthly retrospectives with the teams Reports in weekly scrum of scrums to management Manages customer / business unit demand intake for new work AWS certifications (Cloud practitioner, Architect Associate) highly encouraged Project Management Responsibilities: * Develops approach (work breakdown structure) to meet infrastructure project requirements and scope of deliverables. * Reviews project proposals to determine schedule, budget, project approach, resource estimates for infrastructure project * Identifies project deliverables, schedule, milestones & tasks. * Assigns tasks to individual team members to achieve project objectives. * Identifies plans to execute multiple, diverse projects as a single, unified program . * Develops, clarifies and manages scope of project. * Defines program / project scope & objectives. * Coordinates & responds to request for scope changes. Risk Management: * Identifies & resolve changes in program / project risk & scope. * Develops mitigation plans to address identified risks. * Advises project team, customers and staff on solutions to issues & risks. * Reviews program / project team status reports to ensure compliance to schedule, budget & requirements. * Communicates project plans, status, issues & risks accurately & consistently to project stakeholders. * Identifies appropriate methods to report on large, complex projects & programs as distinct from smaller, less complex activities. * Maintains project documentation in an appropriate project repository for easy access by stakeholders. *Skills* Project management, Agile, AWS, CSM, Azure DevOps *Top Skills Details* Project management,Agile,AWS,CSM,Azure DevOps *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Required Education and/or Experience: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or a related discipline with an information technology focus. * Six to eight years of Project Management experience; highly desirable to have Agile/Scrum certifications *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
