Loan Document Processor Loan Document Processor Job Description: * Main responsibilities are to read and review insurance policies and verify that the coverage is appropriate for customers buying homes. Seeking experience with processing mortgages and/or insurance. * Support Loan Documentation and proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Loan Documentation impact. * Perform complex transactional support tasks. * Provide support on escalated questions. * Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information. Required Qualifications: 4 years of Customer Service Loan Administration Collections or Sales environment experience Loan Document Processor Required Experience: * 3+ years of Customer Service/Loan Administration experience Interested candidates please apply below!
