The Hospitality IT Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the technology infrastructure and productivity tools used by all associates at Sentry's various Hospitality properties (golf course/pro shop, field house, boutique hotel, and restaurants). In this role you will help to ensure that the organization's network, client computing, collaboration, and communication technologies support its business goals, improve productivity, and enhance the associate and guest experience. You will lead a team of IT professionals, manage vendor relationships, and stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends to implement effective solutions. A significant focus of this role is delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the technology services utilized by Hospitality associates and guests are available and performant.

What You'll Do

  • As a Hospitality IT Manager, you will:

    • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

    • Maintain an awareness of industry trends and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and define a product vision that aligns with business and technology objectives.

    • Develop and implement user support strategies ensuring the team delivers high-quality, timely support to both internal and external customers while leveraging customer service metrics to assess effectiveness.

    • Identify opportunities for automation and self-service within Hospitality operations, including repetitive tasks, manual processes, and workflow optimizations.

    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Technology projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints and are aligned with project vision

  • What it Takes:

    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.

    • Minimum of 5 years related work experience.

    • Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and enhancing the employee experience.

    • Experience building and operating solutions that support technology pillars within the Workplace Technology group (e.g. Client Computer/ Software Distribution/ Collaboration/ Communication/ Service Management).

    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

    • Successful track record of solution delivery and experience with project management practices.

    • Ability to communicate, both written and presentation, to appropriate audiences.
