Responsibilities The Engineer Training Program (ETP) provides technical training & development for new engineers in the processes, technologies, & manufacturing steps in investment casting that are used at Howmet Aerospace. The program focuses on building a strong foundation by exposing engineers to different parts of our Engines business unit. Individuals will participate in three rotations, lasting six months each. Assignments are cross-functional & based on the individual skills of the Engineer as well as the needs of the organization. During the final rotation, the Engineer will seek out a current full-time opening for a permanent position at one of the Howmet Engines facilities. A few examples of roles that ETP Engineers transition into are Process Engineer, Product Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Owner, Automation Engineer or Facilities Engineer. *Candidates must be willing to relocate during the 18 month program* Where Will This Position Be?
