We are looking for talented individuals who are excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of EDS and delivering industry-leading solutions to the world's top automotive manufacturers As a Consolidations Manager, your main responsibilities will include the managing the consolidation process for the organization, the candidate in this role will be part of a team that will be able to shape the standards and processes. The Consolidations Manager will also be responsible for leading and overseeing the monthly consolidation of the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and related analyses including supporting schedules for the respective quarterly and annual SEC filings. This role also includes the responsibility of intercompany imbalance and other various reserve analysis. Finally, the role entails preparation, review and approval of journal entries for specific transactions that occur each month related to the consolidation process. Key Responsibilities:
