Overall Purpose

This position will provide functional Workday support, including business process configuration, day to day maintenance and support, annual processes including open enrollment, performance and compensation. Support reporting and analytics as required.

Essential Functions

  • Lead efforts, in conjunction with Benefits team, related to configuration, testing, and implementation of annual open enrollment process. Updates to Benefit and Pay Hub.

  • On-going support of the HCM and Payroll system, configuration, testing and deployment. Strong functional and technical resource that will understand business needs and correlate this into business processes, reports, dashboards, hubs, analytics and efficiencies.

  • Day to day system troubleshooting and problem resolution. Research and identify the root causes for problems and own their resolution. Look for opportunities to change business processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, efficiency.

  • Monitor the data integrity of the system including conducting regular audits and analysis on transactions and activity within the system. Propose, document, and implement new or revised processes to improve data integrity and promote the consistent use of the data

  • Responsible for collaborating with team on bi-annual releases and (re)configurations. Supports the HR team in understanding new functionality and determine viability of implementation. Supports the configuration and testing process.

  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Supports the HR team to train end users on new processes/functionality.

  • Support the company's commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 5 or more years of HR systems/business analyst

  • Must have prior experience configuring or leading multiple Open Enrollments processes.

  • Prior experience as a functional or technical lead during an implementation process.

  • Demonstrated relevant Workday HR system experience.

  • Demonstrated experience creating advanced, composite, matrix, trending reports and dashboards within Workday.

  • Strong understanding of Workday's data structure including data sources and how to use and create calculated fields.

  • Strong understanding of Workday functionality and business processes.

  • Advanced level Excel skills.

  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, be able to manage and work to bring clarity through ambiguity and complexity, and support multiple projects simultaneously.

  • High level of attention to detail.

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

  • Background and drug screen required.

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
